I had taken in my 2014 Infiniti QX70 for a transmission service. Shortly after. it started acting up. I took it back into Nissan of Elk Grove and talked to Patrick (service manager) about my issues. He too service. Shortly after. it started acting up. I took it back into Nissan of Elk Grove and talked to Patrick (service manager) about my issues. He took in the vehicle and ran full diagnostics and fixed the fluid levels. It now drives perfectly. I loved how Patrick stood by their work and made it right. And for the record, I have been going to them for years and this was the first problem I ever had with their service. Due to the actions of Patrick, they have retained my business and I will confidently continue taking my vehicle to them knowing they have integrity and stand by their work. More
