Don’t do it!! They avoid any fault and your phone calls by any means. Maria TEXT my husband about the finance company needing to do a welcome call. We call and leave a message and get nothing in return. Now today Nguyen text me that I need to call the finance company ASAP which was not appreciated at all because he didn’t even know or care to ask if we had contacted them. I let him know my husband did contact them and he left a message, Nguyen then says oh don’t leave a message, huh? The dumbest thing ever, I’ve called that number at least 5 times as he texts me, I asked for the name and he wouldn’t give it then I ask for another number nothing. I get pissed and tell him I’ll handle it myself but much to my surprise I can’t because I don’t have an account number and nothing is linked to us. Call the dealership trying to get ahold of anyone, I leave a voicemail still nothing I ca back 3 times for no one to call back until almost 2-3hours later. We are and about and missed the call so we call right back for Maria to only not talk to us and another finance person jo or Jon to give me yet another number that doesn’t work. I have to call back 2 times after this to finally get the finance company. Don’t deal with these frauds! The finance company tells me that they didn’t even send them all the necessary info on top of this whole ordeal. Very unprofessional and not acceptable. I’ll definitely proceed with contacting bbb and whoever else I can because this isn’t okay and I hope no one else has to deal with this from them. More
