'19 Rogue SV I recently helped both my Aunt & Uncle turn in their '16 Rogue SL which was coming to the end of its lease term and replaced it with a new '19 Rogue S I recently helped both my Aunt & Uncle turn in their '16 Rogue SL which was coming to the end of its lease term and replaced it with a new '19 Rogue SV lease from Nissan of Staten Island. This is now their third Rogue from this dealership. Originally started the process with Jamal Dennison (Sales Manager) and then we were introduced to Christopher Galletta (Salesperson). Both Mr. Dennison and Mr. Galletta were professional, no nonsense and quite transparent. They were able to get a favorable lease deal done within the monthly payment we were comfortable with while helping us smooth out a few rough spots. We finished up with Daniel Cossack (Finance) and he as well possessed all the traits of Mr.Dennison and Mr. Galletta. My Aunt & Uncle were happy in the end and I can honestly recommend the three gentlemen we worked with and the "new" Nissan of Staten Island. More

Back in October I reached out to Nissan service for an issue with my emergency braking system and my back up camera, I was directed to Victoria who informed me of ways to stop the braking system when it would go on for no reason that wasn’t the response I was looking for she was leaving and handed my case over to Stephanie, who from the very first conversation understood and addressed every concern I had she literally worked from home for me and never had met me personally, she met me at service a few days later offered to take me in her personal car to get a rental because they didn’t have one for me and literally was with me every step of the way! She was kind courteous and went over and beyond to keep me as a Nissan customer even while dealing with corporate she was my right hand woman and addressed all my problems and made sure my car was safe! I can’t not put into this review how amazing and over and beyond her customer service skills are! December I got into a new 2019 Nissan Rogue and Domiano was absolutely amazing in every aspect showed me every and all features and treated me like I was family and got me everything and anything I needed or wanted! His salesmanship was phenomenal.. Jamal, we may have not seen eye to eye, but from my blue rogue to my red you completely along with Stephanie changed my opinion on Staten Island Nissan and for that I thank you, I thank you for finalizing my deal even though you had an emergency as a customer you put me first and dealing with me as unhappy as I was you managed to make me smile each and every time! Staten Island Nissan has greatly improved and I contribute that to the people I named above because if I had never had Stephanie I wouldn’t be a Nissan owner any longer!
