I am very disappointed with their lack of pride in keeping my vehicle in mint condition for my first warranty maintenance service. Even with my specific requests not to ding my vehicle, the vehicle wa keeping my vehicle in mint condition for my first warranty maintenance service. Even with my specific requests not to ding my vehicle, the vehicle was returned to me with multiple large stains and small tool-ding on side-front where the mechanic worked on. The service rep was apologetic and removed the stains (6"x12") but unable to remove the ding. I could have taken the dealership service center to small claim court but I decided Not worth my time and stress! For a brand new $68K vehicle with less than 4000 miles and specific requests to treat my vehicle with care, I received the "less than average care" and disrespects! Very disappointed!
