We got different answers from each person: salesperson 1 - what you see there is what we have on the lot for Civic 2022s, salesperson 2 - looking at a list, hmmm....we don't have one, salesperson 3 - you saw it online? were there any pictures of the car? it said coming soon right? that means the car is still in service. The service people don't work today and tomorrow so, the earliest the car will be available is on Tuesday. So, we were on our way back to our car to go to a different dealership when we encountered Albert. He asked if he could help us find anything and I gave it one last shot and inquired about a black Honda Civic EX 2022. He looked it up really quick on his phone app and said Yes! They have one on the lot! That was the first time any of the salespeople we talked to had affirmed that Norm Reeves had one. He immediately went to grab the key fob but couldn't locate the car on the lot. He was determined to find the car for us and finally located the car at the back of the lot. We test drove it really quick, had a look at the condition of the car and was happy with it. Told Albert we want the car and he started everything rolling right away. Albert was quick and efficient. His determination and drive to procure for the customers what they wanted is exceptional! His professional service is very much admired by me. I'm very happy that I encountered Albert that day. He's the type of salesperson that I want to work with and work for me.
