Ya lo expliqué no hay comunicación entre el departamento de servicio al con el centro de citas yo expliqué claramente el problema que tenía el vehículo y me hicieron la cita a las 10 de la mañana después la de servicio al con el centro de citas yo expliqué claramente el problema que tenía el vehículo y me hicieron la cita a las 10 de la mañana después la cambié para las 12 pero no me dijeron que tenía que llegar a las siete o ocho de la mañana tuve que rentar un carro por mi propia cuenta el primer día hasta esperar respuesta de la Aseguranza eso fue muy frustrante y ocasionó más gastos para mi economía creo que se pudo haber evitado se me hubieran explicado que tenía que llegar temprano dejar el vehículo y luego regresar por la tarde lo cual no sucedió More
