I am disappointed by Norm Reeves Honda’s Service. I took my car in to be serviced on a Monday. I had an appointment for 10:20 AM. I arrived at 10:05am but was unable to speak to someone/ check in unt I took my car in to be serviced on a Monday. I had an appointment for 10:20 AM. I arrived at 10:05am but was unable to speak to someone/ check in until after my appointment time. I told the service person that I was going to wait for my car and that if there were any issues with my car to call or text me in advance so that I can determine whether or not I wanted to pay for any additional issues with my car. I waited until 2 PM and then received a text message saying that my car was ready. I paid for my car I left and within 10 minutes I received a text message noting issues that I should have repaired. Items which I would have taken care of had I known about them before I picked my car up. Now I have to return to Norm Reeves to get these items taken care when they should have already been addressed and taken care of during my initial visit. Now, I have to take more time out of my schedule to take my car up back to Norm Reeves. Now I have to have someone pick me up and now I have to leave my car for another four maybe more hours to have the things that should have been taken care of already, completed. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. More
