I went in for an oil change and they recommended that i get my fuel injectors cleaned because it t was needed. I declined and took it elsewhere. I paid to get it done elsewhere, just for the mechanic at th get my fuel injectors cleaned because it t was needed. I declined and took it elsewhere. I paid to get it done elsewhere, just for the mechanic at the other auto shop to tell me that i absolutely did not need that service and that it was just a money grab. I am truly disappointed as I am a loyal customer and I have no trust in this service center. More

Service advisor was not helpful at all. I waited for my car 45 mins after it was finished and sitting in the parking lot. I got up myself to see what was going on. An issue I have with my c I waited for my car 45 mins after it was finished and sitting in the parking lot. I got up myself to see what was going on. An issue I have with my car was not taken care of and there were no notes left on the problem to see whether or not it’s something I need to pay for. I called the following business day and spoke to my service advisor about the issue and he told me to come in the following day and I will get taken care of. I showed up and it was his day off and no notes were left again on my situation so I was not helped and help was not offered. They told me to come back the next day when he’s back to work and I declined to waste my time and gas again. They then walked me out. Doesn’t seem like customer service/satisfaction is a priority at this dealership. More
