I know the slogan for TrueCar is "The Way Car Buying Should Be", well, that phrase can't be better applied than now my second Honda purchased from Norm Reeves Honda. How it works: 1) e-mail the internet sales department about the exact vehicle you're interested in purchasing, 2) someone like Robert Villanueva gets back to you with an exact price, 3) setup an appointment, and 4) purchase the vehicle in the quiet comfort of the second floor offices in the sales building. No surprises, no haggling, what you expect is what you get. For a car guy like me, this is the most ideal and efficient way of getting a new car. On the other hand, if you don't know what car you want, still stop by the dealership, and the traditional swarm of sales people also exist on the first floor. However, I have no experience working with the first floor sales, so your experience with the dealership sales may differ from mine. Lastly, you can go through the exercise of comparing prices of a new Honda from Norm Reeves Honda against other dealerships, but typically, the price is at least 10% lower than anywhere else in the entire country.
