However, when I found myself in need of another car, for myself, I called Linda, and got started with the pre-approval paperwork, and within 24 hours, met with Phil, and rode out the dealership with a 2016, Honda Accord. The price was right,! The customer service was super and the knowledge base of my salesman, Phil, was great. He took time with me. We test drive several vehicles, and this experience was like having a friend with you to help your with your car purchase, instead of a salesperson, "just trying to make it happen." I always felt in the "driver's seat." He was personable. This is the mark of personal quality. The wisdom and confidence that he inspired, helped me to arrive at the decision for me. The finance department experience with Edwin, was awesome as well. This is the place that make you feel like "being yourself," is enough to seal the deal.
