Our purchase experience at Honda In Cerritos Jerry assisted my fiancé Freddy and I on a purchase at Honda and I simply just wanted to take the time to give Jerry kudos for making this purchase we Jerry assisted my fiancé Freddy and I on a purchase at Honda and I simply just wanted to take the time to give Jerry kudos for making this purchase welcoming. We had stopped by and visited the dealership earlier that week as we ran errands late night and made our way for a quick visit to the dealership. As we browsed around the parking lot we had the opportunity to meet Jerry and that was when he handed us his business card. From first glance he seemed very good hearted, humble, and just gave us this warm welcoming personality. I guess what I’m trying to say is that he did not have that typical pushy sales man personality. We then returned that same weekend back to Honda in Cerritos and upon arrival we instantly asked for Jerry. Luckily for us he was working that day and we chose to have him assist us with out purchase. What can I say Jerry was all we thought he appeared to be previous days before. He gave us that warm welcoming feeling once again and was super friendly. Throughout the test drive and qualifying of our purchase we shared personal stories and so forth, not our typical kind of sales man right? Well to say the least, we absolutely loved it, it simply made us feel like we were talking to one of our family members. No need to say that he seems like a very authentic, kind, people person, cheerful, and very professional kind of man. He made our sale a phenomenal experience!! So we then decided to come here, and right when we got out of our car, Michael approached us and assisted us with picking which car was best for us. We got our car within maybe 2-3 hours.
