First of all, we came in Adrian Pielea was an excellent salesperson, and we have had a great auto buying experience with him at Norm Reeves Cerritos. First of all, we came in a few days before we purchased our vehicle, but did not find what we were looking for in stock at this particular lot. We left our contact information, and when it came in, Adrian personally contacted my husband to let him know that the car had finally arrived on the lot, and invited us to come in to see it. We had an appointment, and came in ONLY to discuss a very specific car. Adrian did not try to waste our time by talking to us about other models, etc. He even let us speak directly to a sales manager in order to discuss a price we both agreed on. Because Adrian was already helping other customers when we came in, he gave us the option of being taken care of by someone else, or waiting a few moments until he was finished. We opted to wait, and turned out to be an excellent choice. He got us through the process as quickly as possible, and within a few moments, we were with the financial consultant. Adrian ensured that our car was ready for us after we finished signing papers, and took his time going over all of the features. When a small issue was found involving the exterior of the car, he made sure that another manager was made aware so that it would be corrrected ASAP. In the few days following our purchase, Adrian has kept in contact with us to ensure that everything was going smoothly, and that the service department had contacted me to schedule an appointment. This is not the first vehicle we have purchased from Norm Reeves in Cerritos, and very likely not the last. Very good customer service, couldn’t ask for better. More
