Charlton Fitgerald was condesending to us and I would never purchase a car from him or the dealership again. He quoted me an internet price and when I went in to purchase the car, he said that that was never purchase a car from him or the dealership again. He quoted me an internet price and when I went in to purchase the car, he said that that was the cash price and I could not get the advertised financing with the price he quoted! He would not do anything to reduce the price or throw in anything.His partner was very nice and the only reason I didn't tell him off and leave! Unfortunately, it seamed to be the only dealership that had the exact car I wanted. The financing guy kept us in the office for hours presenting various "necessary" insurance and security packages. He too was deceptive about the actual cost and the "necessities" ended up adding more to the monthly payment than the calculations he presented. More

He patiently answered all the questions I had and made sure that I got the exact new car I wanted. He was there with us from start to finish and throughly explained all the car's features. Kevin has also continued to contact me by e-mail and phone to see if I have any other questions and/or concerns and to make sure that I followed up with bringing the car in for some other services. In my opinion, he is a great salesperson. More

My daughter and I had an appointment with Tom and Lori Simons through AAA, they were friendly and accommodating. Kevin Harris showed us the cars answered all our questions, knowledgeable and very friendly. We purchased the car, Daniel Carmolinga took over with the financing he explained the paper work in detail and answered all questions in a friendly manner. What can usually be a nightmare turned out to be a good experience. We went in looking for a used Fit and my daughter ended up a new Fit for about the same monthly payment, priceless. Thanks again. I went into the dealership to browse because I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, I had an idea (an inexpensive but roomy vehicle). Overall experience was good. There was a longer wait time during the busy time. The entire purchasing experience took less than 4 hours. Jose Magana was the sales person and was helpful in providing the pricing and details about the sales. He was professional and not pushy when it came to the negiotiation process. Overall, I would purchase a vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda for their selection, price and staff. More

I told the salesman Darrell what i was looking to accomplish in finding a good car and lower my payment . He showed me a Honda Accord LX and i didn't know if that was the car for me cause I was driving a BMW 745 Li witch is a down grade . He ask me to keep and Open mind and take it for short test drive, cause test drive are free ... I was really surprise by the handle of the Accord and more surprise by the payment.. After his explanation i was really comfortable with him and the dealership . After looking at there large inventory at a remote lot I found a Pilot that was for me .. Norm Reeves offers a good price, but their service is sloppy and inefficient. Timeliness: Terrible. I negotiated a price online, and had the color picked out before walking onto the lot. It still t sloppy and inefficient. Timeliness: Terrible. I negotiated a price online, and had the color picked out before walking onto the lot. It still took OVER FOUR HOURS to get my car. This is 4 hours from the time that I talk with the Internet salesman that I negotiated the price with, until the time that I drove off the lot. And the only reason it took 4 hours is because I talk the GM there that if I didn't see someone to pay for my car in the next 10 minutes, that I was going to the Honda dealership in Culver City. Quality: Brand new Honda Odyssey. DVD screen does not work. I'm typing this review at another Honda dealership so they can look at the DVD screen. Did I mention the Odyssey was brand new? As in 2 days brand new? I called Norm Reeves, and they asked me if I had put the DVD in the CD slot. Really? That's what you think is causing the problem? Give me a break. Shouldn't they have checked the DVD player during the FOUR HOURS that I waited? Honesty: This is minor, b/c I'm not sure if there was a genunine misunderstanding or if they did a bait and switch, but the morning that I was going to come in, I called to confirm that they had a 2010 Honda Odyssey, configured as we'd negotiated through the internet. I asked 2 questions, "So my price is $32,568? And I get 0% financing for up to $10,000?" The answer to both on the phone was "Yes." The answer at the dealership was "No, you either get the low price or the 0% financing." I asked what changed from that morning, and was told that was always their policy. I believe that is their policy, but I also believe that the person I spoke with on the phone deliberately lied to me about the policy to get me on the lot. Overall, an experience that made me blow my top a couple of times - especially when the DVD player didn't work, and their response was "Our best guess is that you're putting the DVD in the wrong slot." More
