I dealt with Chris Ramos, the Internet searched for a new 4x4 Pilot Touring and they were 1 of only 3 dealers in Orange County that had it in stock. I dealt with Chris Ramos, the Internet Sales Manger there. He responded to E-mail inquiries very quickly and was very supportive. The price he quoted me was only a few hundred dollars over invoice. The other dealers were nearly $1,000 dollars more. Chris coordinated my trading in TWO cars and he made fair offers for both sight unseen. We had to haggle a bit on the value of the second trade but it was easy once the Used Car manager saw its condition. More
