I had gone to two dealerships and at one particular dealership they got me test drive a totally different mod This was my first car buying experience. I had gone to two dealerships and at one particular dealership they got me test drive a totally different model than the one I wanted to buy they insisted I wouldn't qualify for an Accord and then promised to show me more cars. Instead they proceeded to walk me inside the dealership and try work out a price for a Civic. I then in turn left and headed to Norm Reeves in Cerritos where I met Sam. He was very helpful worked with me to find something in my price range and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Sam was even nice enough to buy my sister and I lunch. I would definitely return to purchase another car and highly recommend them to anyone More
