When I first brought my car in, my regular Service Rep was gone on vacation. So Clayton, was going to help me out that day, but it was going to take the next day to get started on it because I brought th was gone on vacation. So I was told by Viviana Saenz, that she would contact me first thing in the morning the next day on the progress of the repair. Well, by 1pm, I hadn't heard a word from her, or anyone else, so "I" called in and she wouldn't answer her phone and was bumped over to Tony. Well, at least someone was helping me now, but now I lost a half a day and was told my car couldn't be ready that day, so since it was late in the day I had to scramble to rent a car so I could get to work to work that night. Oh, by the way, Viviana Saenz, NEVER EVEN reached out to let me know the status of my car. And Clayton, put his hopes on her to help him with his customer. So now the next day Clayton Einck, called me for the bad news about my car repair process and then at least my car was on it's way to being fixed. So now two days have been wasted, no thanks to Viviana Saenz... What a worthless Service Rep. So now Clayton, got the ball rolling and Thanks goodness by Tuesday 5 days later, my normal Service Rep, Benito, had returned from vacation, and he and Clayton worked together to get my car back to me after 7 days of working on it. Now, After all that, I need to bring the car back because, since it's a Civic Hybrid, the hybrid part doesn't kick in and work. The IMA battery is good and charging, but won't take over when I stop and a light. More
