Can no longer trust Norm Reeves Service department specifically Alex Hernandez, who blatantly lied to what my car needed. He told me he could not fix my tire that needed air because it had glass and w specifically Alex Hernandez, who blatantly lied to what my car needed. He told me he could not fix my tire that needed air because it had glass and was trying to sell me four new tires. I took my car to Costco and they showed me the tire with the nail. It had no sign of glass and they fixed it for $14 More

The dealership has a very good staff from the ones who marked your cars as you arrive to exceptional service advisors. The waiting area also offers good coffee and the like the restrooms are clean and wel marked your cars as you arrive to exceptional service advisors.
