There was a long delay in getting me checked in, which was not happy about. Simone did come ask me what I was there for and then informed me that an advisor would be out soon. It was not soon. When my advisor did show up, he was friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of my car and what would happen during my stay. It was done faster than advised. Nice. More

This place sucks. Bring back Huggins. Called 2 weeks ago for service on my car, spent 10-15 min on hold. No one could talk to me, so I was told they would call me back Bring back Huggins. Called 2 weeks ago for service on my car, spent 10-15 min on hold. No one could talk to me, so I was told they would call me back. 2 weeks later and nothing. Haven’t heard from anyone. I set an appointment at Grapevine Honda. I’ll drive farther for good customer service. Am almost ready to trade my car in, and will be buying at Grapevine Honda. Suck it Norm Reeves! More

Overall this dealership is nice and I love the min Cafe. I bought my car there when it was Huggins Honda, and just a little concerned that the deal and contract i had with them is not in the new system.
