My service advisor was wonderful. Unfortunately $4 was taken from my console. Either by the person that changed oil or vacuumed the car. I recently purchased a vehicle from the North Richland Hills dealership, and my experience has been disappointing. The car has front-end issues, and when I asked them to check it, the only response I rece Hills dealership, and my experience has been disappointing. The car has front-end issues, and when I asked them to check it, the only response I received was, "there are no safety issues," which didn't address my actual concern. Additionally, the car smells bad and was supposed to be cleaned. However, there are food remnants all over, including under the seat, in the rear, and in the cup holders. I even found coins and NyQuil tablets under the seat. I question the thoroughness of both the cleaning and inspection processes at this dealership. More
