Returning customer! Salesman Angel Rojas met us at the door, but when we requested some time to look at cars on our own, he was very respectful! When we were ready to ask Salesman Angel Rojas met us at the door, but when we requested some time to look at cars on our own, he was very respectful! When we were ready to ask him some questions and go for a test drive, he was welcoming and knowledgeable! Angel helped us as we were considering different options and he and Saeed Naderi were very patient and helpful as we were making decisions. In fact, they worked very hard to get us into a car and after two days of car shopping, we left the Norm Reeves Hyundai dealership with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport at a reasonable price!! We are so thankful for Angel and Saeed and their patience and helpfulness! It was also a pleasure to work with Kevin Lee in the finance department. Kevin was very personable and efficient. We will gladly recommend them to our friends and family! More

Stressfree car buying experience with Vito! Never have I ever had such a positive, smooth, stress free experience at a car dealership than at Norm Reeves. Vito Beato is the perfect salesman - th Never have I ever had such a positive, smooth, stress free experience at a car dealership than at Norm Reeves. Vito Beato is the perfect salesman - the complete opposite of all the slimy salesmen out there. He is respectful, fair, patient, appreciative and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he’s a good person who cares about doing a great job and providing a positive experience for his customers. I test drove the vehicle (Elantra GT) at 4 different dealerships and Vito was the only one who explained all the features, changes from the previous version and technology of the car. Only one. If you are looking to lease or buy a Hyundai, go to Norm Reeves. I researched over 10 Hyundai dealerships in Southern California and Norm Reeves was the best one when it came to fair pricing, zero extras (unlike Cardinaleway and Glendale which charges an extra 2k for nitrogen filled tires), full gap insurance covered on all their cars, and a great inventory of cars! I don’t live near Cerritos, but the 1 hour drive was 100% worth it! We negotiated a price over the phone and Vito shared their pricing over email, including the money factor. When I went in, he quickly and smoothly completed all the forms for me. Speaking with finance was lovely (no upselling there either) and the car was cleaned and filled with gas before I was done. After Vito made his sale, he still sat down with me for 30 minutes to go over every single feature of the car and set up all my settings for me. His patience and knowledge is what will bring me back. Thank you Vito for showing what a real car salesman should be like! More
