Best Car Buying Experience, EVER!!! Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pic Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pick up some parts I ordered. On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter’s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve’s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I’m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter’s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon. Unfortunately Steve had already left for the day when we got there. I wanted to wait, but my daughter has no patience. If you ever get the chance to meet Steve Lee, I encourage you to do so. I guarantee you won’t forget him. He makes the most genuine impression and you won’t forget that smile! As it turned out, his price could not be beat, and his willingness to provide the deal in writing upfront was unique. Our in person experience was also very positive. Vito met us promptly and courteously, was patient with all of our questions, and helped us through the whole transaction with no pressure. And the final out the door price was exactly what was promised in the beginning. The Norm Reeves facility is pleasant and professional, instilling confidence for further dealings. It was worth it to us to drive to the Cerritos location from Huntington Beach. More

I came in to look at the Kona and fell in love. I worked with Steve Lee and Saeid Nouri and they were super helpful and I had no stress at all. They made the process simple and relatively quick. And Saeid worked with me to get me the deal I was looking for. The whole process was so easy I was blown away. Plus I was so happy I came in a few weeks later for another car. Steve wasn't there so I worked with Sonu Dhanani. Sonu and Saeid once again made the process bearable. It took a little longer the second time around, but I am extremely pleased with both purchases. Definitely will be back to look at Hyundai when it's time for a new car. More
