Very disappointed. They put the wrong battery in my car and overcharged me 100.00. I was never able to speak with anyone and placed on hold multiples times for over 30 They put the wrong battery in my car and overcharged me 100.00. I was never able to speak with anyone and placed on hold multiples times for over 30 minutes. I had to take it back down there which is 45 minutes away and take time off from work. Won't be returning. More

The wait times for service has got worse everytime I come in. I was there for almost 4.5 hours and my service should have taken 1.5 hours. You need more loaner cars.
