I had a poor experience at another Ford dealership in the cities, so when I called Jerry at North Country Ford I was a bit in guard. I told him I was interested in a specific truck but lived over an hour awa cities, so when I called Jerry at North Country Ford I was a bit in guard. I told him I was interested in a specific truck but lived over an hour away and didnt want to see it sold while I was driving up there. Jerry worked with me on the phone to make sure the truck was put on hold and scheduled a time to come test drive it. When I showed up Jerry was extremely friendly, did a quick walk through of the truck and then gave me the keys and let me take it for a test drive. He told me not to rush it and really make sure I liked it. It was a refreshing feeling being treated kindly and not rushed or pushed the second I walked in. When I returned Jerry and I went through the purchasing process, he was very professional and not pushy in any way. When upgrades and packages were presented they were presented in a way that didn't feel like I was being cornered and when I told them I wasn't interested at this time the staff accepted it and didn't keep pushing and trying to change my mind. That was one of the most refreshing parts. Once I signed the final papers Jerry took me out to the truck and showed me all the cool features and spent about 20 minutes running through anything I might have questions about and talking. It was an excellent experience and I am very happy Jerry is the one I worked with. More
