Superb sakes & business experience! I went back and forth over a month, stopping to look at used cars. Well, as a college professor who teaches speech communications, he presented with all the A+ qualities for exceptional customer service. His approach was./professional yet with warmth and sincerity. He was also patient with me! "Thank you Jeremy!" (smile) I always buy my own cars ... I'm one of those women who loves cars and loves research. I drove a few cars ... in bitter weather conditions.as Jeremy waited for me to return. I would tell him, "Jeremy where's your Coat?" in Conclusion, there's a real lack of excellent customer service ... trust me! Jeremy should not only be training professionals in these skills but also deserves to be recognized and awarded for these qualities he offers his company. Please, do NOT overlook him! Next, Mike Pinto = Could there be a better team (Jeremy and Mike), - no way! Mike Pinto also was/is a VERY patient and knowledgeable professional. One of many qualities that struck as exceptional regarding Mike Pinto, is that he was calm, determined and he never spoke to me in a loud tone. There are those people while conducting business, who speak so loudly as if they are hoping someone might hear ... their boss?? Thank you Mike for be APPROPRIATE! (smile) Together - Mike and Jeremy never gave up. They worked as a team to get me a car. Mike worked diligently 'doing his thing' until he got those number I needed. WOW! He should certainly be recognized and awarded for his skill and focus. He's a winner! Thank you to both Jeremy Whitman and Mike Pinto. I'm a very happy customer with my less than 1 day new car!! Test drove all the vehicles we wanted, sometimes more than once, and each time it was hassle free. They understood our timeline and there was no pressure to 'buy today'. During this time, we also cross shopped many other brands and dealerships, of which only one even came close to providing as satisfactory an experience as North End. When we finally decided on a new Mazda3 2.5GT, they searched and found the car/color/options we wanted at a dealership in NJ, and had the car delivered at no extra charge in a couple of days. The paperwork process was (almost) flawless (not due to any fault of North End), but they made all the necessary accommodations to ensure a timely delivery. Mike was great to deal with on the financing, and went over all the details, explaining everything so that there were no 'surprises'. Jeremy then took all the time we needed to go over all the details of the car and North Ends support services. All in all, this is that way car buying should be - straight forward, customer-oriented and stress free. More

He personally went out on their lot (without my asking) to verify that they had the exact car I wanted on their lot. He was very straightforward, helpful, and no pressure via email and phone so I decided I really wanted to buy from Mark. I went right into the dealership that day and Mark was a delight to work with. Mark was perfectly straightforward, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, with no manipulation or pressure. Whether it was discussing the car I wanted, my old trade in car, or the loan I wanted, Mark was great to talk and work with. He made it smooth, easy, and hassle-free. For the loan I needed, Mark referred me to Mike Pinto who also works at North End Mazda/Subaru. Mike handles the loans and was as friendly, relaxed, straightforward, helpful, and easy to work with as Mark was. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns perfectly. There was never any pressure. Mike was just focused on helping me get the best loan and deal for me. I ended up with the exact Mazda 3 sedan I wanted with a great loan. Being our 4th car, we have had hiccups in the past (minor issues, never anything big and almost always outside the dealership's control) but they are always addressed promptly and Mark and the rest of his team are always quick to find a fix, even when the cause is my own doing (like wanting to keep my winter tires from my old car) More

Before my first visit to North End Mazda, I used the trade-in value estimator that's on their website. I felt comfortable because the values were very close to KBB.com and the NADA online estimator. After readily finding me the exact Mazda 6 I wanted came the dreaded price and trade-in conversation. Except this time it was non-confrontational and easy. They honored (within a very few dollars) the trade in values and extended me the discount that I'd seen in the new inventory part of their website. I got a great deal on a car I love and I was treated respectfully all the way through. What more can you ask for? I'm a happy customer! More
