Present day, I have bought 2 more MX-5s and 3 CX-5s, the latest being a 2019 Signature which I purchased last week. Great SUV! (The CX-5 is an awesome platform and with the turbo and tech (rivals Audi's tech in my opinion and this from a driver at an Audi dealership) the SUV is just a superior, affordable model.) Each purchase I have worked with Mark to get what I believe is a great deal, especially over the past three transactions. I did my homework. But whatever, the praise I have here is for Mark and for his diligence after the deal. Over the time period that I have known him, if there has been an issue with one of the cars he has been a valued liaison with the service department and went above and beyond my wildest expectations when I had a chipping issue on the hood of a soul red crystal CX-5. He kept a cool, calming, positive demeanor when I was flipping out. And after my episodes he was the utmost professional always courteous, attentive and positive. He spearheaded the effort to get Mazda to repaint it. The fact that he always has a prompt reply to a text of mine whether good or bad, whether before or months/years after the purchase, the fact that he has done a great deal of ground work in support of my purchases, the fact that he has been that valued conduit between service and I gives me great confidence in buying a car from him at NorthEnd. As long as Mark works at NorthEnd, they will have a repeat customer in me. More

When my engine blew up, I heard through the grape vine that North End Mazda is not only willing to work on speeds, but they work with customers to meet their needs. That should be pretty common sense right? A dealership should care most about its customers, contrarily it’s typically all about the money. Rob, the service manager, came up and met me personally. I explained to him my situation, that I had blown up my engine and I have an extended warranty. He jumped into action giving me a loaner and saying that he will personally handle all the communication with the extended warranty company, which again, should be common sense but is rare to see. He then led me to Collette who was the kindest and easiest going service advisor I've had the pleasure to talk to. Not only was their work exceptional, they went the extra mile to contact me every step of the way, send video diagnoses and update pictures and videos. I highly recommend coming here for any and all things car! They go to any end to ensure customer satisfaction, and it’s refreshing to get that from a dealership. More

I contacted Mark who I previously worked with on a previous purchase. I gave him the information I had on hand about the vehicle, and that I wanted to trade in my vehicle as well. He did a lot of the leg work before I even got to the dealership. Had vehicle all ready to take out on a test drive. I loved it and wanted to proceed with the purchase if we could get the numbers right. Mark did everything he could for me to get that number where it needed to be. Credit application went in and submitted to the banks. Within 15 minutes we had an approval right where I needed to be in price. He offered to have the vehicle ready for me tonight to pick up which he absolutely did. He did an amazing job going over the vehicle and explaining everything about it. Purchase and sales was thoroughly explained even with all warranty’s. Overall a great buying experience and would highly recommend mark to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Very up front with the customer and goes out of his way to help get you into the vehicle your looking at. More
