No idea who Michael pinto is. My salesman, Alex was great through the whole process. The finance guy, I forgot his name, almost made me have a heart attack twice. First saying I didn't qualify and then called the next day saying I did. And then the day I was supposed to pick up the car saying that they are having problems with the loan application. This was after I had already registered the car in my name and paid the sales tax on it too More
