Amazing customer service! I came into North End Subaru hoping that I would be able to find a pre-owned vehicle that I would be able to get as soon as possible. My previous car was on it's way out and was hoping that I would be able to find a pre-owned vehicle that I would be able to get as soon as possible. My previous car was on it's way out and was not going to pass inspection. Bob Waite and Thomas Liddle helped me find a car that I could finance independently - and I left with my new car same day! Looking at my bill I realize that I didn't get the wild card service special, thought it was automatically applied when I selected the service, I should have noticed when going over the bill but it defini card service special, thought it was automatically applied when I selected the service, I should have noticed when going over the bill but it definitely slipped my mind, I guess I could have saved $110.
