Worst dealership ever! And you think because it's Toyota you are safe! They are privately owned dealerships and Toyota couldn't care less what they do! They will not take accountability for anything and they will not make it right. Go elsewhere and learn from me... get the car checked out by your mechanic! Sold a certified pre-owned that had been in an accident Took a week to get my car and it still wasn't ready; I had to take it back there 3 times in the first couple of months! I complained about issues that they would not fix, such as the blown speakers and rattling from the moon roof and doors. The whole suspension system needed to be replaced. I needed a new tire since there was a huge bubble 4" x 6" in the sidewall. I was told I could go to any Toyota dealership to have issues resolved, that is NOT TRUE! At almost a year in, found out the car was in a accident prior to my purchase and they covered that up and sold it to me as certified! The mechanic agreed it should never have been certified! They took advantage of me and then they were rude when I tried to address the problems. They are severely dishonest and shady! BUYER BEWARE! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Oh, and they are not owned by Toyota, and the company can do Nothing to help except take a complaint! More

I don’t think most people have had the pleasure of working with Bianca. I have never felt so relaxed nor have I ever enjoyed myself while buying anything as pricey as a car. Usually I feel like I’ve signed my life away and buyers remorse settles in almost instantly. With Bianca’s help I felt like I was making and informed decision that was right for me and my pocket book. The best part was it was as easy as chatting with a friend and I didn’t feel like I was negotiating a hostage situation. While the whole team we worked with (Arnold, Moises, and Brandon who was beyond helpful with all our financial questions and concerns) was amazing I’ll be making an effort to be sure Bianca is the one I talk to for all my future needs. Salesman Shawn Hineidi was very attentive and pointed me to the best choice with a rebate and great features. I bumped into Shawn about a month after the sale and he got me his discount on a dashboard cover. I new the dealership was trustworthy in the past when I came in with my last Corolla and on two occasions was amazed when they could have charged me more when 1) it was only a fuse for $10.00and I thought my electrical system was fried and 2) my hood was stuck and service pointed out that it was frozen on a cold morning and didn't even sign me in or charge me anything.
