John Sell at North Penn quickly offered the best price and didn't try to upsell. North Penn Mazda was able to process all of the paperwork correctly, smoothly and quickly. We were so pleased with their pricing and the process, that we purchased the identical car (other than color) less than a week later for my son. Everyone was polite and very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. When I test drove the car I noticed a very small chip from a stone in the windshield. When I mentioned it to Tony, my salesperson he immediately told me they will replace it. Some places may have only offered to “fix it” with some type of repair method. Tony was great to work with. More
