I was thinking about buying a new car at Honda but when I’m ready, I will most definitely return to Mazda for their customer service. I’ve already told all of my friends, family and coworkers about my short 45 min service trip and everyone I told was shocked. This is one place that can definitely advertise their customer service as one of the best because they follow through. Price doesn’t matter if people receive the best customer service. More

Best Service NP Mazda is fantastic. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Service department is efficient, fast, and reliable. They called to let me know there was a NP Mazda is fantastic. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Service department is efficient, fast, and reliable. They called to let me know there was a recall on a module that I was unaware of and they would take care of it without any worry to me. I also needed inspection, oil change, tire rotation and had a separate appointment for this but they were able to combine it into one appointment at short notice. Highly recommend for service! More
