Rental I really didn’t care for having to walk from the service desk (front of the business) all the way to the rental desk(the rear of the business). I know I really didn’t care for having to walk from the service desk (front of the business) all the way to the rental desk(the rear of the business). I know it seems like a very small problem. But what if it was raining, snowing, sleeting, or -degrees outside. I certainly wouldn’t want my wife and kids to have to do all that walking especially when I told the service agent or receptionist that called to confirm the appointment that I would need a rental car. Process with him was very professional and respectful. When he was sick with flu Sales Rep Tim stepped in and did great job also. One negative. Have 3.54% rate on car loan. Two days after purchase 0.9% was offered for same car. Buying car two days earlier cost me lot of money . Very happy with car and entire sales team but not with finance quirk. More
