He clearly explains what certain parts do and whether or not it is a critical repair for right then or if it could wait a little longer. I like how he tries to get the same mechanic to work on my car across visits. The waiting area is nice; it is quiet and offers an array of options. I don't eat the snacks but it is nice that they are offered. I very much appreciate when they can wash my car at the end. Amanda is pleasant and pays attention when you're working with her. More
