My name is Kyle Neith and I'm the new car manager at North Penn Mazda. I have to be honest, we do not get many bad reviews. We are the top 50 Mazda dealer in the U.S., DealerRater Dealer of the year, and DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Dealer as well. We price our cars very aggressively online b/c most people use the internet to do their searches for used cars. Most of our cars are priced to sell. Keep in mind, we are 2 miles away from CarSense who does not discount their cars at all. I know people that work at Brown Daub Chevy, they price the cars higher leaving them more room to move on the price of their cars. I wish I could say we make EVERY customer happy, but we have no way of doing that. You never know what issues can come up. I personally wanted to say I'm sorry for the way you felt we do business, but I can assure you 95% of our customers go home very happy.
