Rental I really didn’t care for having to walk from the service desk (front of the business) all the way to the rental desk(the rear of the business). I know I really didn’t care for having to walk from the service desk (front of the business) all the way to the rental desk(the rear of the business). I know it seems like a very small problem. But what if it was raining, snowing, sleeting, or -degrees outside. I certainly wouldn’t want my wife and kids to have to do all that walking especially when I told the service agent or receptionist that called to confirm the appointment that I would need a rental car.
