Routine oil change I hate to leave any type of negativity when sharing my opinion but sometimes it can be useful to the company to help better the customer service. The people who work in the service department are generally knowledgeable but I had a terrible experience when paying my bill. The girl was so unprofessional and couldn’t be bothered answering my question about a car loaner and rudely told me “I have no idea”. Well my thought is, it’s your department and you should have some knowledge about a general service. She didn’t even make eye contact. Really poor skills on this girls part. It made her look completely lazy and stupid in my opinion. More

They fit me in anyway I mistakenly showed up for my Friday scheduled appointment on Thursday. Michael and the service team were understanding and asked if it was okay to wa I mistakenly showed up for my Friday scheduled appointment on Thursday. Michael and the service team were understanding and asked if it was okay to wait a little longer than usual. I felt so embarrassed about my scheduling mistake but Michael assured me it was okay as there happen to be some cancellations today. This put my mind at ease. I was really pleased with the service I received. So glad I chose North Penn Mazda. More

A little frustrating I bought my last 2 cars from Brown Daub Chevrolet in Nazareth, and I've told my customers in my salon how there motto it that they're "The no problem" I bought my last 2 cars from Brown Daub Chevrolet in Nazareth, and I've told my customers in my salon how there motto it that they're "The no problem" dealer and they TRUELY ARE. Although Tony was nice, he and the used car manager did not seem too willing to deal with me. I understand they need to earn money, however, I thought buying a car should be a little give and take. When I bought both of my Malibu's, Brown Daub OFFERED to put in a Sunroof at NO CHARGE. AND, the 2nd Malibu, when I mentioned how I was going to miss the remote start (that the 1st one had and the 2nd one didn't) they OFFERED to give it to me for FREE. They bent over backwards to make me happy. Everything with the Mazda 6, I had to pretty much fight for. I really wanted to go back to manual, otherwise I would've gone back to Brown Daub. ALSO, I thought in one email, I gave Tony my phone number and yet he kept emailing me. After 2 weeks of bantering back and forth, we came to an agreement, I was supposed to come in Thursday January 31st, however, due to snow and my schedule changing, I couldn't come in until the next day,,,FEBRUARY 1st, which Tony didn't and the used car manager wasn't happy about ( I was told) .Tony told me this deal was done with the understanding that I would buy the car and pick it up on the 31st. I told him if he would've called me, I could've changed it somehow and gotten there. I have a home hair salon and scheduling was tough due to the SNOW. I told him I had NO control over the weather forecast. Twice I went into Brown Daub and came out with a car the same day (and then they put the sunroof in both of them the next week) They truly are the "The No Problem" dealer, Love my 6, but have had much better experiences elsewhere. The one good thing I can say about Tony was he was VERY helpful showing me all the gadgets in my car, which was very much appreciated. PS according to Carguru, the car was overpriced $992 which was why I wanted the free sunroof .Also, my credit score was 829 and yet the financing they were able to get was 4.59% Tony told me that's what the going rate is and yet I was able to get it at BB&T for less. Your company didn't seem willing AT ALL to work with me. Love the car, but your company should take some lessons from Brown Daub Chevy, just sayin More
