I’ve purchased 3 cars here in the past 13 months and 2 of them have had significant problems. Problems that should have been resolved by the dealership. I’m extremely disappointed with the service departme them have had significant problems. Problems that should have been resolved by the dealership. I’m extremely disappointed with the service department. My salesperson was amazing! If I was able to give the service department a negative star rating I would. UPDATED 11/06/23 - North Penn Mazda has resolved all of my issues. I have no other issues or concerns at this time. More
