Hello Mikaela, Thank you for your recent visit to our service center. Our goal is always to provide transparent, trustworthy service. During your appointment, your Tiguan was inspected for a battery or charging system concern. Our technician identified the issue and documented the findings — including a repair estimate — through a detailed video inspection. We also pointed out a safety concern with the front control arms, where the bushings have become dislodged from the center race, as well as other general maintenance items that were due. We understand that the total cost of these recommended repairs may exceed what you were prepared to address during this visit, and we respect your decision.
