My initial decision (2001) to purchase a car from North Penn was because of the service department, I heard nothing but good things about it. 18 years later they have yet to disappoint me, first rate service. Sixteen vehicles both personally and for my family members, over 18 years. Any and all issues handled quickly, fairly and to my satisfaction.
