Painless experience - knowledgable sales team Recently purchased a 2018 Atlas SEL from Matt Treichel at North Penn VW. His title reads, Brand Specialist, this is a much better description of Matt's approach to selling vehicles than Sales. His in depth knowledge of a brand new vehicle to the VW Family was incredible. I have been bringing my Audi here for routine service and was happy with the service teams responsiveness even though I had not bought my car from them. Their style is very low pressure, when we did get to the finance manager for contracts we were offered a few different optional insurance packages, again not high pressure but more informational. The last thing I wanted to share is the amount of time Matt spent with us in the Altas reviewing the controls, infotainment system and seating operation for the 2nd and 3rd row. They closed at 5PM that day and Matt stayed until 6PM and made sure we felt comfortable in our new Atlas. More
