He is the BEST and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a VW. He is very knowledgeable about all the VW's and it is a great pleasure working with him. Jason Hartman was also very knowledgeable about the finance aspect whether it be for a lease or a purchase price. The process was very informative and was completed in a short period of time. More

Very Impressed This was my first time working with Tim and I was very impressed with his responsiveness and patience as I weighed a few different options. The whole process from decision through pick-up could not have gone more smoothly and Tim really knows the cars, and the technology. Jason was great in preparing, explaining, and guiding me through the paperwork. And the car was perfect when I picked it up! North Penn has added a service on demand capability as the dealership seems to continue to set a very high service bar. Once i was ready to leave with my new car he went over all of the features and settings so i knew where everything was on the car and he set up my Bluetooth connection for me as well. Jason H was my finance guy and he was friendly and the paperwork went by quickly. Overall, great customer service and great prices More
