My wife called Tim at around 5:30 on a Thursday evening, made an appointment for 7:00 - Tim had the car warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived at 7:00. By 7:45, we had agreed on a price (with Jeff's help), put a deposit down and had an appointment for a Friday delivery. Our appointment with Jason H started on time, he walked us through everything had us in and out very quickly - no pressure at all. Its how car shopping should be. Gave them the needed info. Greg H. gave me a quick review of the car. Then went to finance to fill out the paperwork. I was probably in and out in close to an hour. I bought a car from their Mazda dealership almost 4 years earlier which took a little longer because I had a trade-in but was equally expedient and painless. More

I car shopped all week at numerous different dealers and every single one of them had the typical sleazy xxxxxxxxxxxx sales men. Except for North Penn VW. I worked with Joe DePhillipo and do not have a single complaint. He is a man with true honesty and integrity. Super honest and upfront with all of my questions and concerns. Not at any moment was I made to feel like a non serious car buying tire kicker. I was given great pricing on my purchase and I walked out of there with zero ill feeling. Keep up the honest work!
