I had walked the lots of many dealers on Sunday and scanned the websites seeking out the best selection of cars to streamline the options. North Penn VW had a great selection in the price range we were seeking. I completed the finance application online and was contacted by Dan quickly. On Tuesday, I had an appointment to see Dan and look at a particular car but then had him pull the keys to several on the lot. He was very accommodating. We found a VW that we loved but when driving it, were concerned that it would need brakes in the near future and mentioned our hesitation to Dan who went to his manager. Derek came out and advised us that he would replace front and rear brake pads and rotors before we drove the car off of the lot! We really appreciated to customer service and professionalism of dealing with North Penn VW and on top of that, were able to purchase a local vehicle that had been serviced by North Penn since it was first sold to the original owner in 2011. Jason made the finance process very quick and easy for us and when we returned to get the car that evening, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience! It is like buying from family! More
