Purchasing My Love Bug from NORTH PENN VOLKSWAGON ~ I've always owned Jeeps and Volkswagons, but wanted something different.... So, I spent the last few weeks researching and driving cars, trucks and Jeeps. One morning I was on my way to check-out yet another car, a convertible BMW, but I was about to pass North Penn Volkswagon and decided quickly to stop in and peek at the Beetle convertibles. Kindly, Bill Kurz, a NPV sales person greeted me. I was able to take a beetle for a drive...there was no pressure only a genuine education on the car. However, the car wasn't quite right, so I headed off to look at the other beetles and Bill called me over to see a beetle at the front of dealership...as I turned, I knew I was looking at my next car....it was a beautiful, black convertible with a tan top. We next took it for a drive...and I was sold on it. It was an excellent deal I couldn't pass up. Bill was awesome, patient and exceptionally educated on every facet of purchasing my beetle. He took lots of time to show me every cool thing in my car, he even showed me the best way to reach for my seatbelt. He made sure my car was bathed and pretty when I returned to pick it up....I was even able to pick out pin striping that was added to my beetle right on the premises before leaving. I leased a Jetta years ago from NPV and five years ago, purchased my daughters, Volkswagon Rabbit. We've had excellent experiences with NPV and I highly recommend them as your first choice in search of your next vehicle. And, be sure to ask for Bill for exceptional knowledge and care. I am super excited to have my Love Bug, it drives beautifully and I'm more than confident in the dealership for anything I may need in the future. Thank You, NPV! More

He was nice, funny, knew his stuff, made me feel very comfortable, answered all my silly questions and never pressured me. Delivery of the vehicle was seamless as he took care of all the details in advance. It felt a little too easy!! Joe spent A LOT of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the car, literally. We went over the many functions on the inside of the car, the outside and under the hood. And before I left we got in the car together and he tested me to make sure I knew the really important things (I did). Jason in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with. Still another great experience. I've bought VWs from North Penn before and always been pleased with the experience. This my first time leasing a car and it was even better than before, if possible. Our salesman Tim Jessatt, secured the car we wanted and had me fill out the credit application on-line prior to our appointment to expedite the whole process. It worked like charm.. After Jason Hartman walked us through our options for about 30 minutes, we signed the papers. Then Tim gave me a great tutorial on the options and features of the car (a new Passat). I love the car and the leasing experience was painless. Great car form a great dealership! More

So nice to see that their is a high rate of retention among staff in the various departments.
