He is always available to answer every question, make suggestions, and guide us through the process without any pressure or the usual hassle you get from other dealers. He always tries to match us to the right car without overselling, even making recommendations that we may not have thought of when we started. After all of the e-mails (and multiple visits for test drives), the buying process itself Is a dream. I have found that the team at North Penn consistently provides the best available pricing on the cars we purchase. The trade in values are always better than we get anywhere else. The closing process is quick, efficient, and drama free. Jason Hartman was the finance manager for our most recent purchase, and he and Greg had us in and out with our new car in about an hour. I should also note that the service department is the best in the area. Fast, friendly and informative. I have had several service visits there, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I basically knew what car I wanted when I came to north penn but Bill made the entire process easy. He gave me a great offer to start and even though I waited two weeks to come back and buy the car when I had time he still was just as accommodating. They kept the price they had given me even though they sold the car I was looking at. They brought in a car from another dealership in 2 days. And then they kept all the paperwork quick and easy as well. I worked with Fred Beans on my last car and the finance part took probably 3 times as long. They didn't push to sell me things I didn't need and explained everything I didn't understand. Overall a great experience!! More
