Second purchase from NPVW Traded in my 2008 Gti, that I had purchased new from NPVW, for a certified used 2010 Gti. Tim was the sales person I worked with for my first purchase(was reffered to him by a trusted friend) and that went so well it was an obvious choice to work with him again. He truly made sure I got the best deal within my budget. Tim had the car prepped for my take away in less than 24 hours. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork and to be presented with options for extended warranty, wheel & tire plans, etc. Jason H. was there to sort me out with a no pressure approach to offering these options. Every time I've done business with NPVW, from purchases to service, I've always been met with a very friendly and honest staff. Whenever the time comes that I have to purchase another vehicle, NPVW will get my business. More

Tim immediately responded back telling me he could get me into something new for far less. I told him exactly what I wanted, and popped into the showroom on 10/11 to see if it was do-able. It was, by Tuesday I had a brand new 2015 Golf TSI which I am in LOVE with. Tim has always been my go-to at North Penn, is very down to earth and professional. The paperwork process went very smooth thanks to Jason H. He did a great job explaining all my options as far as warranties and protections. I especially liked his office decor. My experience was excellent all around. Even after the purchase, I hit a minor snag that Tim was able to correct right away. These guys are the best and I can't say enough good things about them. Pricing was transparent (and substantially better than 2 nearby VW dealers) and customer service was awesome. Matt was also a great salesman and his passion for the cars is obvious. Greg always responded in a very fast manner when I had any questions, and is never pushy. Definitely will be buying more cars from Greg in the near future. Jason from finance was quick but thorough throughout the purchasing/lease process. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable each time we've gotten a car here. Joe from sales was also a big help to me. On Greg's off day, Joe took me out for a test drive even though he had a busy schedule. Matt from detailing did a great job on the pre-delivery car detail.
