Damage car during service dropped car off for an easy oil change. Get home and realize the whole bumper is cracked. Upon returning to the dealer the owner came out and told me dropped car off for an easy oil change. Get home and realize the whole bumper is cracked. Upon returning to the dealer the owner came out and told me that I must have hit something. When asked them for the security footage it was "temporarily down". No remorse. No sorry. Nothing. Just blame placed on me. Terrible experience. More

My new buyer experience was launched by the convenience of its location, its impressive facilities and the hospitable atmosphere of the modern showroom there. Although I was enthusiastic about seriously considering the purchase of the new 2015 Golf model, I naturally had a degree of buyer apprehensions and needed more information about the new Golf. Soon after, I was courteously welcomed by Irv Gordon, a gracious and experienced Sales Consultant. I immediately felt I was at the right Volkswagen dealership for what I wanted. Working together with Irv was consistently reassuring. I knew I was "in good hands". During the process of our several meetings, he patiently and knowledgeably guided me toward my final selection of a Golf "SE" model with my preferred accessories. Irv’s comprehensive product knowledge and capable guidance were invaluable in solidifying my confidence with wanting to purchase “my” new VW Golf at North Penn VW. After my easy decision to purchase the car I selected, Irv introduced me to the Business Manager, Jason Hartman to discuss a variety of VW after-sales products and finalize necessary paperwork. As a recently separated single mother, they were very sympathetic and understanding and able to provide me with financing on a brand new car in just one day. Just the best ! Walking into a Volkswagen dealership on a snowy evening is not my idea of the way to spend my free time, but when you walk into North Penn Volkswagen Walking into a Volkswagen dealership on a snowy evening is not my idea of the way to spend my free time, but when you walk into North Penn Volkswagen and you are welcomed by a gentleman such as Tim Notarianni, you cannot help but be pleased to be just where you are! I was dropping off my car for a routine service appointment on such an evening and, as always, I was greeted by the friendly service manager Bill Sampson. He was warm, knowledgeable and pleasent. He was not selling cars, nor were any other of the associates that I encountered that evening. These men were being human, kind, gracious. Tim Notarianni is the leader of these qualities. He was, as usual, filled with more knowledge about my upcoming service and concerned that everything was in good shape with my current 2012 Jetta. .North Penn doesn't need to sell cars because the staff at that dealership just makes you want to buy anything from them. I walked out that night with a brand new Volkswagon . I don't know why I bought a car. I certainly had not planned to do so, but once again, I have another wonderful car with the memories of a wonderful North Penn VW experience. I spoke to one of the employees of the dealership saying, " I don't particularly like a Volkswagens more than any other car in the world, " but I certainly like to work with North Penn and their staff, their financial management representative, Jason Hartman, a true professional and especially their sales representative, Tim. These kinds of people make buying anything, a pleasure. I would recommend them and I trust them. When I'm there, I feel important and I feel that my concerns are theirs . They make me realize that my safety and happiness is their most important job. What more can you ask in this day and age! More
