I had my car towed and my car wasn't able to be diagnosed with one, so I was charged for two. I have a two thousand eleven vehicle and the repair estimate was a little over three thousand which wasn't worth More

Hello Ms. Richardson, Your 2011 Jetta was towed into us from another service facility with a no-start condition after the oil was changed. We performed extensive diagnostics on the issue and ultimately needed additional time to find if the failure was within the electrical wiring harness or the engine control module. Rather than invest the time and money without you knowing the potential repair expense, we provided an estimate for either repair in full transparency so that you could evaluate if it was worth repairing your vehicle before we continued with the electrical testing. You agreed that the repairs were beyond the investment you wished to make on the vehicle. I am sorry that you were left with the decision not to repair your vehicle. I understand what you're saying, completely Mr. Benton. That conversation was discussed with you before being told to your facility. I don't believe that I was saying anything negative. Just told in a couple sentence as asked to explain my experience, I appreciate you guys taking a time with me through my health issues. Also, housing my vehicle while being in the hospital. I appreciate everything that was done. Continue doing the best that you can On vehicles that belongs to Volkswagen. Jess was very accommodating, and understanding my.
