I can only assume you return to the last time I brought in one of my vehicles. I had gotten it back from my daughter out of state and needed to get it reinspected as it expired in October. Service was mini in one of my vehicles. I had gotten it back from my daughter out of state and needed to get it reinspected as it expired in October. Service was minimal. However, I did have a small front end damage that needed attention and they brought the collision team in to give me an estimate and get me in the system for repair. That repair went great experience was awesome. Happily giving my college graduate an amazingly performing 103 thousand mile Jetta. More

I have already discussed my frustration with the Service Manager liaison regarding the what I feel was a needless diagnostic test costing $190.75, when all I brought my 2015 VW Passat in. I told the service Manager liaison regarding the what I feel was a needless diagnostic test costing $190.75, when all I brought my 2015 VW Passat in. I told the service advisor, Mr. Bangor, that the parking break lever was broken and the broken plastic piece from the lever was in the car. I am not sure why it would take a diagnostic test under the hood of the car to identify that? When I returned to have the parking break lever fixed on 25 July 2026, the service manager, Jesse McDonough, took care of me like a pro. More

We described the issue we were experiencing and Erin reminded us that at previous State Inspection appointment the front brakes passed but would need to be replaced soon.
