I took my car in because there appears to be a large water leak. The dealership charged me 218 dollars for diagnostics and said it was a clogged vent. They cleaned out the vent and told me it would be 1 water leak. The dealership charged me 218 dollars for diagnostics and said it was a clogged vent. They cleaned out the vent and told me it would be 1800 to replace carpeting etc. I went through my insurance company who sent me to Caliber Collision. In the mean time it rained and my car was flooded again (clearly not fixed). Caliber looked at it and said the retractable roof was leaking. The front vents were not wet at all but when I looked into the rear well with the roof partly open, there was a lot of water only on the left side that is getting wet on the inside of the car. This is clearly a manufacture problem and not identified by the VW mechanics. I am very upset, angry snd disappointed with the dealership snd this car. More
