Ms. Klattenhoff, Thank you for providing your feedback. Many of the complications from this interaction stems from your insurance company providing different information to us as they had provided to you. The original authorized rental reimbursement was for one day when the adjuster wrote the insurance estimate. It wasn't until I called them later in the day, that they authorized the repair at three days, then finally provided you and I an updated authorization of five days. All of the frustration surrounding the rental reimbursement could have been avoided had they provided that authorization upfront. Regarding the return of your rental, I am very sorry that it was requested you walk between building. We do have a courtesy shuttle/valet to transport between our departments which should have been offered to you.

I agree, the fault lies, primarily, with the insurance company with the different information being provided. However, when I called & spoke with the service manager, he made no attempt to call & verify what the correct information was. Instead, he chose to be argumentative & unhelpful! With all that being said, if we fast forward to current time, my car is at another dealership because this dealership did not fix the wheels properly. After picking up my car, I promptly reported the issue to my insurance company & the dealership. The blamed bad rotors, when that had nothing to do with the issue. The issue was the wheels were still bent & the tires were never balanced, as they should have been. So my insurance company was charged for incomplete work, and I’ve been inconvenienced because I had to take more time away from my life to go to another dealership to get these wheels fixed/replaced. I also asked that Jesse call me back to explain why the wheels weren’t balanced, which he has yet to do. Hmm, I wonder why.

Unfortunately, much of the failures you've experienced are due to lack of reconditioning prior to you purchasing the car.
