Great Work, Questinable Customer Service I took my car in a couple of times for a rattle in my tailgate. The first time, the tech tried to diagnose it and the repairs made unfortunately did n I took my car in a couple of times for a rattle in my tailgate. The first time, the tech tried to diagnose it and the repairs made unfortunately did not work. When I took it back in, the same tech, Jose by the way, was terrific, road tested the car with me and found the problem. It was repaired and I was charged $200 since in the dealership's view, that was not covered under warranty since it was a rattle. The reason it rattled was an unfastened harness that was making contact with the trim in the tailgate. That is a defect in material or workmanship in my view and should be covered. It's not a squeaky spring or something. I have since contacted the service manager by email (who was unavailable after the service was performed). I fully expect that this issue will be resolved under warranty and the review goes to 5 stars. As mentioned, the tech was phenomenal. More

People are all very nice at this place. I'm happy with the people there but as for th he prices on parts is way out of whack. I bought a vw routan it's always down and need new everything. I think these Van's should all be recalled they need all to be gone they dont work right and always in the shop getting fixed. It's a 2011. And I bought it 4 years ago it's in the shop 3 times a year I needed 2 transmissions already and everytime it has a problem it's big money.
