Simply put, save yourself a LOT of time and just go straight to North Shore Honda. They delivered with the best price, and, just as important (or many would say, more importantly) they had, by far, the most trustworthy, helpful and genuinely nice/“real people” staff. We worked with Noel Ledesma who was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We also were lucky enough to be there when Daniel Hawat, a Regional Manager, was there who worked with Noel to get us the best price possible. On top of that, we worked with their wonderful Business Manager, RichCirami, who proactively got us a lower interest rate with our bank than the already-great rate we had previously been approved for. We also LOVE our Honda Pilot. We test drove a lot of other 3-row SUV brands in our research process and, for us, nothing came close to the Honda Pilot. Even if you don’t live near Glen Head, it’s worth the extra drive to have peace of mind that you are working with such a down-to-earth, trustworthy group of people. Everyone has been rude, would not help or passing the buck to the numerous emails I have left messages for with no call back, email or contact. No one know the owner there and I have been hung up multiple times at this place. I was promised a credit over 4 months ago to find out today I wasn't getting anything. Phil was very nasty to me and I was nasty right back. Had to ask him over a dozen times who the owner was and he told me Mark Bradley (which is a fake name) and that I need to go see a psychiatrist . Richard has been the ONLY helpful one. You will probably delete this once your internet people read it but I had to voice my opinion. I have made formal complaint to the BBB and left reviews on every social media I can. More
