Simply put, save yourself a LOT of time and just go straight to North Shore Honda. They delivered with the best price, and, just as important (or many would say, more importantly) they had, by far, the most trustworthy, helpful and genuinely nice/“real people” staff. We worked with Noel Ledesma who was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We also were lucky enough to be there when Daniel Hawat, a Regional Manager, was there who worked with Noel to get us the best price possible. On top of that, we worked with their wonderful Business Manager, RichCirami, who proactively got us a lower interest rate with our bank than the already-great rate we had previously been approved for. We also LOVE our Honda Pilot. We test drove a lot of other 3-row SUV brands in our research process and, for us, nothing came close to the Honda Pilot.
