They are as GREAT as Hondas themselves. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, operate as a "team" and exert no high pressure tactics (which I've never found anywhere else). And they are very competitive price wise :-) Richard Cirami, the Business Mgr., is a true gentlemen and will push the outside of the envelope to meet your financing needs and will take action on any issues you may encounter even "after" you've purchased your car, if needed. Eddy Haas in Financing does a great job and will let you know additional options available to you in terms of additional coverages to protect your vehicle. Jad Hawat and Cindy Campos in Pre-Owned Sales are "awesome" to work with affording you all the time you need to discuss every aspect of purchasing a pre-owned Honda from an extensive inventory & variety of quality Hondas, reviewing all the different features across models & model years through assisting you with all of the paperwork so you can leave the dealership pretty much the same day! Matt Adler, Pre-Owned Manager, not only has a great team but makes himself available to any prospective client or existing client who walks through the door, if needed. He's personal, friendly and innovative in his approach to addressing any issues or concerns you might have by focusing on solutions. In the Service Dept., Michael Luisi will greet you heartily, put a smile on your face, treat you like your family (which seriously you are at NS Honda) and do "everything" he can to ensure servicing your vehicle is an easy experience, timely, top notch and affordable (his estimates are always spot on but he will always call you personally if an additional service might be needed or recommended). These are only a few of the folks at NS Honda that my daughter Jessica and I know quite well but the ENTIRE "team" at NS Honda (from the lovely guy who valets your car to the gals who set up loaner cars and of course the crew who services your vehicle) totally "rock it". They inherently know the importance of genuinely connecting with clients, providing stellar service and even taking your calls when you call or calling you back in a timely fashion. Having spent over 35+ years in Sales & Marketing, I know and value great service, collaborative teamwork, personal integrity and a solution-oriented mindset & approach. Do not go here!!!! I previously purchased a car from them (7 years ago) and thought them fair. A few weeks ago we went back to purchase a used car. They were horrible! We went to look at two cars they had listed on the web. The cars were there as described. As we sat down to get the bottomline number another customer came over clearly upset. He was saying how he had been there for hours and they wasted his time and lied about the price. They asked him to leave. My husband and I were shocked but not deterred. We asked them for their best price on the car we were interested and they told us 20% more than the asking price! WE WERE SHOCKED!!!!! They then told us the price on the WEB is the amount they expect you to finance or 80%. Not the full price!!! I WOULD NEVER buy from them they are horrible. We then went to HUNTINGTON HONDA and they were amazing, honest and fair! More
Very Deceptive I went to this dealership based on a few recommendations of co-workers. My wife called on 02/10/17 and spoke to Corey on the phone who said that he was a sales manager. We had gotten a good price on a 2016 Odyssey at another dealer, but my wife was looking for a different color which that dealership did not have and claimed they could not trade for because it was a 2016 model. Corey said that they had the color in stock in a "satellite lot." She was told that they would definitely match the deal that we received from the other dealership if we came in. My wife had work that night so she informed Corey that I would be coming in when I get out of work the following morning at 9 am to put a deposit on the car. She verified again that they would match the deal we received and also told Corey that we do not live close and do not want to waste our time. To us it wasn't a big deal if they couldn't do the deal, we were willing to call around and find the correct color. He assured her again that he would match the deal. He made us an appointment with Jack Walsh, who was the salesman that my co-workers had dealt with. I can not say enough nice things about Jack. He was great and I am sorry that I even have to put his name in such a negative review. After travelling all the way to this dealership, I was told that not only did they not have this vehicle in stock (Manager claimed he had a good relationship with another dealer and could get it) but that they would not match the deal because the other dealership must have been lying to me because the price was too good to be true, and I went completely out of my way for nothing. We also told Corey that our current Nissan is leased through Hann Financial, and he even told my wife that they went out of business. He told her to have me bring the vehicle in in order to assess if there would be any additional wear and tear so that way the whole deal would be transparent. When I arrived Corey claimed to Jack that he didn't know that we had a Nissan and was under the impression that we had a Honda (Completely untrue) They used a tactic to get me into the dealership to try and sell me the vehicle in a different color at a higher price, thinking that I would just cave in. This was not the case and it did nothing but waste my time as well as Jack's time. Shame on these deceptive practices, and I hope that Corey is happy that this dealership went from being a recommended one to one that I will make sure people know is a scam. I know that the car industry has a bad reputation, and this dealer just proved that shady places still exist. More

I never thought that my experience there would be so easy and budget comforting. Id like to thank Cindy Campos my sales consultant for her outstanding professionalism, she's a great sales person. As dedicated as she is, she made it possible for me to have a car today. I highly recommend cindy, I'm sure she will make make it happen for anyone without a doubt. Id also like to thank the finance manager Rich Cirami for his expertise. I promise you that he is the DON of making your car dreams come true. Rich will not only put a smile on your face but he will make sure your satisfied with your financials and comfortable with the car you are looking to purchase. To my favorite sales manager, Phill I really appreciate you making me feel comfortable throughout this major purchase. You really helped me get a great deal!! I started shopping for a car a month before I was prepared to buy so I could take my time and make a good decision. Some dealers won't let you leave the dealership without making a hard sell even if you tell them clearly that you're not ready to buy yet. First the salesperson gives you the hard sell and then before you leave, you have to meet their manager and the manager then makes his hard sell. We've all been though that I'm sure, but I was pleasantly surprised at this dealership. I simply met with Daryl. He gave me a competitive estimate on my lease, which was all I was looking for on my first trip and I was able to leave without the hard sell from Daryl or even being forced to meet the floor manager at all. I liked that a lot and the combination of that and the price was why I returned when I was ready to make a purchase. I took off a star because the dealership charged some fees at the time of contract that weren't disclosed up front. For example, a documentation fee for a few hundred bucks that not every dealer charges. Overall a gem of a dealer and I would highly recommend Daryl as a salesperson. Just make sure you know ALL the fees you are going to be charged before you agree to the deal. More

SAAB SERVICE 117,000 MILES BROUGHT IN MY 2005 SAAB FOR REGULAR SERVICE AND BECAUSE IT WAS MAKING SOME STRANGE CLICKING NOISE. WAS GIVEN A LONER CAR TO USE WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING BROUGHT IN MY 2005 SAAB FOR REGULAR SERVICE AND BECAUSE IT WAS MAKING SOME STRANGE CLICKING NOISE. WAS GIVEN A LONER CAR TO USE WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING SERVICED. THE CAR WAS SERVICED, NOISE WAS GONE AND MY CAR RAN SMOOTH AS EVER. THE SERVICE WAS EXPEDITIOUS, EFFICIENT AND THE SERVICE STAFF WERE, AS USUAL, ALWAYS ENJOYABLE. THREE E's IN MY OPINION IS EVEN BETTER THAN TRIPLE A SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! DR. The turnaround time and responsiveness by internet specialist Corey DiGiacomo was nothing short of outstanding. By the time we were ready to test drive (over a month later), Corey put us in touch with sales consultant Andrew Perry. Our appointment on December 22nd was for an upper trim Accord but my wife was by now leaning towards a small SUV, a fact made known to Andrew only upon our arrival at the dealership. Gracefully and graciously, Andrew took us on separate test drives with the Accord and the CRV. With the patience of Job, Andrew explained the features of both vehicles and, when it came time to negotiate a lease, a painless, fair deal was struck within a day.. The delivery process was both informative and thorough with Andrew having taken time away from a planned holiday break to accommodate us. Both individuals earned high marks in our eyes (10s on a scale of 1 to 10). We appreciated the "no pressure" sales process and are looking forward to working with the dealership on the vehicle's servicing needs. More
