Buyer beware North Shore Honda do not honor their signed agreed prices on leases . Recently picked up a 2023 CRV Ex with a signed agreed COD price only to be up charged with a bogus Bank Fee and added 1s agreed prices on leases . Recently picked up a 2023 CRV Ex with a signed agreed COD price only to be up charged with a bogus Bank Fee and added 1st month payment by Valerie in finance and Gary the sales manger. They play a shell game with the numbers , when you go to pick up the car. Very disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer of theirs . Also PS the finance manger did not resolve anything by my complaint with the better business bureau Consider this a public announcement to save others customers from the terrible experience we had More
